To ensure the continued patronage of its Delta Privilege Club members, Delta Hotels sends out monthly e-communications tailored to this group. Delta needed a writer who could not only capture the Delta Privilege voice but also segment that voice into three different tiers of Privilege membership. Competing against other writing services companies, iContent submitted sample copy that, from the first line, conveyed the tone Delta wanted to use to address its Privilege members.
