Scotiabank wanted a website that would clearly explain each of its credit insurance products. At the same time, it wanted to create an internal communication vehicle that would reinforce to its branches and brokers the importance of discussing credit insurance with customers. iContent stepped in and quickly gained expertise in Scotiabank’s credit protection plans. Working within the parameters of Scotiabank’s overall branding strategy, we developed website copy that presented credit insurance in easy-to-understand terms. We also worked with Scotia’s communications team and regional managers to create content for a quarterly newsletter that addressed credit insurance and financial topics relevant to the season. By providing engaging and informative content, iContent has helped Scotiabank increase awareness and understanding of a relatively new financial product.
